WEBSITE BREAKDOWN
Revisions allow you to suggest edits, changes, additions or subtractions to your website before it goes live.
When I build your website, I build the first draft to completion and from there you will have the ability to suggest edits, changes, additions or subtractions to your website.
Unlimited Revisions:
You will have unlimited options to make these suggestions over and over until you are 101% happy with your website. I will never publish your website until you give the final go-ahead.
Pages are the separate pages that are clicked on in your website. For example, the home page, the contact page and the about page would be a total of 3 pages.
Unlimited Pages:
Your website will have unlimited pages. So we could have an individual page for each service that you offer, allowing your visitors to learn as much as possible about each service that you offer. This can higher the chances of the visitors enquiring.
Bespoke Website Build means that I will build your entire website, from design to development to revisions from scratch, totally bespoke to your brand. I do not use any templates when building your website.
The Live Progress Tracker is a dedicated percentage tracker to your project that updates daily which allows you to check in on the progress of your project. View an example here
Aesthetics Copywriting means that I will handle all of the writing and the text on the treatment pages and where else necessary so that you won't need to worry about creating all of the information for the treatment pages and throughout the rest of the website.
Website Management means that for the time period in the package I will manage, oversee and make any updates to your website so that you don't need to worry about it at all.
On top of that, my management service is slightly different to most other website designers. Where the typical website designer will charge you extra for any changes, additions or edits you would like made to your website in the management period, I do not. Included with the management period is the ability to make any changes, edits, updates, additions or subtractions at 0 extra cost.
This is a big reason why I still manage 90% of my aesthetics client's websites to this day.

Total Rebuild
Your warranty includes a total rebuild of your website back to or as close as it was once published. In the very unlikely event that your website disappeared, or if anything similar occurred, under the warranty I would rebuild it free of charge. On top of this, I keep a backup version of your website also.

The Turnaround Time is the estimated time that your project first completed draft will be complete.
SEO BREAKDOWN
A One Off Service means that this service is performed once and doesn't continue month to month. This service is designed to give your website an SEO boost.
An On Going Service means that this service continues month to month. For SEO this can be beneficial as Google favours consistency and the longer period of time the service is performed, the more efficient your SEO structure will be. This service is designed to rank your website on the top page of Google for each keyword.
Keywords signify the amount of keywords that I will prioritise to rank your website for.
You are able to choose which keywords you'd like to rank for, or if you'd prefer me to conduct market research on the best ones for the local area then I can do this also.
A keyword (or keyphrase) is essentially what your website will show up for when searched via Google.
For example, if a customer searched 'dermal fillers near me' (which is an example of a keyword/keyphrase), if this was one that we are prioritising, then I would aim to position your website on the first page of Google for anyone that searches 'dermal fillers near me' in your local area.
The number of keywords in your package represents that amount that I will prioritise. The more you opt for, the more your website will rank highly for.
This represents the duration of months for our SEO agreement. The longer the SEO service, the more chance your website has at ranking highly on Google.
For each of the keywords you select, I will publish monthly blogs to your website. These greatly benefit SEO, and give your website a more competitive edge over clinics who are not publishing blogs consistently in your local area.
Each blog will be specifically tailored to each of your keywords.
On Page SEO is the front-end optimisation of your website, for example the titles on each page, the content on each page etc.
Off Page SEO is the back-end optimisation of your website, for example blog writing, back-end optimisation of the code etc.

Onboard
Project Commence
From here the rest is in my hands. I will start your project and get to work on bringing your new website to life. Along this process I will update your progress tracker as I work on your website. I am very likely to ask questions and send you design options for certain elements, sections or other. Plus I will be totally available for any changes or queries in this period. I am always just a message away.
First Draft
I build your website to completion which I call the 'First Completed Draft'. This is the stage where I have completed your website build. This is the stage where I send your website over to you in its completed form for you to see and to start on the next stage, the revisions stage.
Revisions Stage
By this stage your website will have been built to a complete form and you would have complete freedom to view your website top to bottom. The next stage is the revisions stage which is where you can suggest as many changes to your website as you would like. As you have unlimited revisions. These revisions can be sent over as many time periods as you like. You may want to send over a handful at the start, and by the time I complete them you may have decided to send over more, which would be totally fine! Once you are totally happy with your website and no longer wish to make any revisions, we will move to the next step.
Final Checks
I will complete the final checks of your website before proceeding to going live. This includes checks such as checking over all of the content, ensuring page titles are correct, images are in order, buttons link correctly and more.
Going Live
Once all revisions are complete and you give the final go ahead, we will work on taking your website to the world! This stage includes connecting a website/hosting plan which can range from £12/month to £18/month and then connecting the domain. You will become the owner of your website at this stage.
Management
Once your website is live, the management period and warranty starts here. I also send you over an email for you to have the management period in writing on this day also. From this date I will manage your website with all of the included services that can be found in the FAQ on this page.
