Entire Website Build means that I will build the entire website, from design to development to revisions.
The Live Progress Tracker is a dedicated percentage tracker to your project that updates daily which allows you to check in on the progress of your project. View an example here
All Writing & Page Text Handled means that I will handle all of the writing and the text on the treatment pages and where else necessary so that you won't need to worry about creating all of the information for the treatment pages and throughout the rest of the website.
Website Management means that for the time period in the package I will manage, oversee and make any updates to your website so that you don't need to worry about it at all.
On top of that, my management service is slightly different to most other website designers. Where the typical website designer will charge you extra for any changes, additions or edits you would like made to your website in the management period, I do not. Included with the management period is the ability to make any changes, edits, updates, additions or subtractions at 0 extra cost.
This is a big reason why I still manage 90% of my aesthetics client's websites to this day.

Full management training is provided after the management period has been surpassed. Or if you'd prefer to renew then my renewal cost is £50/month on a rolling month to month basis with the ability to cancel at any time.
When I build your website, I include basic SEO as part of the setup. This covers essentials like on-page optimisation which can heighten the position of your website on Google search.
Your new website will be mobile optimised, meaning that it will be fully responsive and compatible for mobile devices to ensure a smooth experience for visitors using a mobile device when visiting your website.
Revisions allow you to suggest edits, changes, additions or subtractions to your website before it goes live.
When I build your website, I build the first draft to completion and from there you will have the ability to suggest edits, changes, additions or subtractions to your website.
Numbered Revisions:
After the first draft completion stage the first round of revisions begins. Once you have sent over your revisions, I then go ahead and make the changes as per your revisions. Once complete, you are able to suggest another round of revisions if you choose to do so. Or at any time you can choose to go live with your website.
If you choose to continue with the revisions then you will have up to the amount of rounds in the package.
Unlimited Revisions:
You will have unlimited options to make these suggestions over and over until you are 101% happy with your website. I will never publish your website until you give the final go-ahead.
I take all of my payments via Stripe. Stripe is one of the world's leading payment gateways used by companies such as ASOS, Amazon, Google, Deliveroo, Shopify, Zoom & more.
Klarna pay in 3 is also available at checkout.
Upon payment, I will send you over a simple payment link via Stripe (which includes Klarna pay in 3) that can be paid via your phone, ipad, laptop or any device of your choice.
Along with the payment link, I will send you an invoice for your records and once the payment has been received and completed I will send you a receipt for proof of payment for your records.

I use Whatsapp primarily to communicate with you - if this doesn't suit you then I also am totally fine with using other methods such as, iMessage, Text, Facebook, Instagram, Email & more.

Onboard
Project Commence
From here the rest is in my hands. I will start your project and get to work on bringing your new website to life. Along this process I will update your progress tracker as I work on your website. I am very likely to ask questions and send you design options for certain elements, sections or other. Plus I will be totally available for any changes or queries in this period. I am always just a message away.
First Draft
I build your website to completion which I call the 'First Completed Draft'. This is the stage where I have completed your website build. This is the stage where I send your website over to you in its completed form for you to see and to start on the next stage, the revisions stage.
Revisions Stage
By this stage your website will have been built to a complete form and you would have complete freedom to view your website top to bottom. The next stage is the revisions stage which is where you can suggest as many changes to your website as you would like. As you have unlimited revisions. These revisions can be sent over as many time periods as you like. You may want to send over a handful at the start, and by the time I complete them you may have decided to send over more, which would be totally fine! Once you are totally happy with your website and no longer wish to make any revisions, we will move to the next step.
Final Checks
I will complete the final checks of your website before proceeding to going live. This includes checks such as checking over all of the content, ensuring page titles are correct, images are in order, buttons link correctly and more.
Going Live
Once all revisions are complete and you give the final go ahead, we will work on taking your website to the world! This stage includes connecting a website/hosting plan which can range from £12/month to £18/month and then connecting the domain.
Management
Once your website is live, the management period and warranty starts here. I also send you over an email for you to have the management period in writing on this day also. From this date I will manage your website with all of the included services that can be found in the FAQ on this page.
